Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hart Pantry! We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy below for more information on how to return an item or request a refund.


1. Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • In new, unused condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 
  • Returned within 30 days of receipt: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hartpantry.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging: Please package your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Be sure to keep a proof of postage or tracking number in case there are any issues with the return.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., if the item shows signs of use or damage), we may issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.


Shipping Fees

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hartpantry.com. You must report any damages or defects within 30 days of receiving the item. We may request that you provide photos of the damage or defect to assist with the return process.

In the event that your item is damaged or defective, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Replacement: We can send you a replacement item at no additional cost.


5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return process above.
